Rule Summary
The Bulk Gasoline Terminals NSPS (40 CFR part 60, subparts XX and XXa) includes emission standards for volatile organic compounds (VOC) from loading racks and includes requirements to operate vapor collection equipment, emission limits on the loading of liquid product, vapor tightness standards for tank trucks, pressure standards for pressure-vacuum vents on a vapor collection system, and leak detection and repair requirements for equipment leaks of VOC.
