Gold King Mine Litigation Settlements
EPA and the United States have settled all lawsuits against them regarding the Gold King Mine release. These settlements will allow EPA to focus its resources on addressing pollution and improving water quality in the Animas and San Juan rivers, rather than continuing to expend resources on litigation.
