This notice, signed on September 19, 2022, alerts the public of the Agency’s decision to grant two petitions under subsection (i) of the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act of 2020. The Agency is also using this notice to inform the public of how it will treat two additional submissions under this subsection. Subsection (i) of the AIM Act facilitates the transition to next-generation technologies through sector-based restrictions.
