Region 2 Wetland Program Development Grant Notice of Funding Opportunity
Region 2 FY 23 and FY 24 Wetland Program Development Grants
Wetland Program Development Grants (WPDGs) assist state, tribal, territory, and local government (S/T/T/LG) agencies and interstate/intertribal entities in developing or refining state/tribal/territory/local programs which protect, manage, and restore wetlands. The primary focus of these grants is to develop/refine state, tribal, and territory wetland programs. A secondary focus is to develop/refine local (e.g., county or municipal) programs. Projects must be performed within one or more of the states, territories, and federally recognized tribal nations of EPA Region 2 specifically within the geographic boundary of New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico and/or the U.S. Virgin Islands to be eligible to apply for funding. In the case of inter-jurisdictional watershed projects, they must be primarily implemented in EPA Region 2.
A full final application package is required at this time. The announcement with the full application package can be found at EPA-REG2-WPDG-23-24.
