Notifications for Environmental Protection Services' Alternative Disposal Approval for PCBs

As required by their Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 761.60(e) approval, Environmental Protection Services (EPS) must submit a notification to EPA when using its approval to dispose of PCBs in diesel oil and mineral oil dielectric fluid.
