Public Notice: MBPI Tribal Utility Authority WWTF NPDES Permit-MI-0058670-1
Summary
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, proposes to reissue a NPDES permit for the discharge from the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians Tribal Utility Authority Wastewater Treatment Facility located on land held in trust for the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians of Michigan, 2872 Mission Drive, Shelbyville, Michigan, Allegan County (NW ½ of Section 19, Township 3N, Range 11W), to Buskirk Creek, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions. EPA is public noticing this tentative decision to issue the permit.
