EPA Southeast Region to Announce Brownfields Job Training Grant for the City of East Point
ATLANTA (March 17, 2021) — U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the city of East Point will hold a virtual press event Thursday, March 18, to recognize the city’s selection for an EPA Environmental Workforce Development and Job Training Grant (EWDJT). Job training and workforce development are an important part of the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to advance economic opportunities and address environmental justice issues in underserved communities.
