Sustainable Features
- The 75 Hawthorne building received the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED® Gold for Building Operations and Maintenance (version 2009) certification in February 2020.
- EPA also renovated its office space and achieved LEED Platinum for Interior Design and Construction (version 2009) certification in November 2016.
- The building has received the ENERGY STAR® annually since 2008, most recently in 2023 with a score of 94.
- The facility has a Level 2 electric vehicle charging station that can charge up to two vehicles at a time.
