We would like to include references as part of our proposal, but we aren’t sure if this is part of the 30-page limit or if this is allowed to be outside the thirty pages.

Per Section 6 of the NOFO,  References can be included as part of the 30 page limit of the Project Narrative. Applications must adhere to the page limit requirements. Any pages over the limit(s) in Section 4 of the NOFO will not be reviewed Section 4 of the NOFO will not be reviewed.
