If we believe all GLRI MOPs will be achieved, should we include all of them in the application?
Full Question
If we believe, based on our knowledge of the on-the-ground relevant issues and solutions, that there is a possibility that project subrecipients may apply to achieve projected results for every type of GLRI Action Plan III action (i.e. invasive species control, non-point source pollution runoff reduction, habitat restore/enhance/protect, aquatic connectivity, hands-on, place-based Great lakes enviro education, community access and enjoyment of restored acres, workforce development connected to one of the activities listed above) then should we identify all the GLRI MOP in our application?
Answer
The table in section I.F. identifies the recommended applicable measures of progress from GLRI Action Plan III to consider for an application. An application may consider one, some or all of these measures of progress.
Applicants should describe all relevant measures of progress they believe will be achieved under their agreement.
