The budget form, SF424A (non-construction programs) in https://grants.gov allows applicants to input data for five years of funding. The solicitation allows for six years. How do we handle inputting budget information for an additional year?
On budget form 424-A, applicants need to include their entire budget in Section A and the entire budget breakdown in Section B. For Sections D and E, applicants will include their budget breakdown for the first five years. Applicants can exclude year six of the budget in Sections D and E. Pursuant to the instructions on page 2 of the Notice of Funding Opportunity, the application should include an annualized budget and budget detail narrative for the project and a detailed workplan covering each year of the project.
