(06/10/03) EPA Administrator Christie Whitman will be participating in two events in Washington D.C. on Wednesday, June 11. Both events are open to press.
At 12:45 p.m., Whitman will make an address at the Climate Leaders Partners Meeting. Climate Leaders, an innovative partnership program between government and industry launched in Spring 2002, is a key component of the Bush Administration’s climate change policy. The meeting will take place at the Wyndham Washington Hotel, 1400 M Street, NW, Washington D.C.
At 1:30 p.m., Whitman will make an address at the 14th Annual Energy Efficiency Forum. The forum takes place at the National Press Club, 529 14th Street, NW, Washington D.C. (13th Floor).
