PRESIDENT CLINTON’S FY99 BUDGET FOR EPA
EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will announce President Clinton’s Fiscal Year 1999 budget request for the Agency on Monday, Feb. 2, at 4 p.m. Administrator Browner will outline the President’s budget proposals for protecting public health and the environment, as well as discuss the new environmental initiatives announced in the President’s State of the Union Address.
