EPA Assistant Administrator for Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Steven A. Herman, EPA Region 2 Administrator Jeanne M. Fox and Acting Assistant Attorney General for Environmental and Natural Resources Lois Schiffer will hold a joint press conference, in New York City, to announce a major environmental enforcement action. The press conference is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 7, at 10 a.m.
