(Washington, D.C. - Oct. 25, 2007) Granta Y. Nakayama, EPA Assistant Administrator for Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, and Acting Attorney General Peter Keisler will hold a news conference to announce the largest criminal fine ever under the Clean Air Act on Oct. 25, 2007 at 1 p.m. EDT.
